Declan Hannigan
Site Head and General Manager, Small Molecule Europe
Declan Hannigan serves as Site Head and General Manager, Small Molecule Europe at SK pharmteco. He brings more than 20 years of experience in API manufacturing, operations, business strategy, and operational excellence.
Declan has held several leadership roles within SK pharmteco, including Site General Manager, Director of Business Strategy & Operational Excellence, and Operations Director. Prior to joining SK pharmteco, he spent more than 13 years with Bristol Myers Squibb in operations and maintenance leadership roles.
Known for leading teams through change and transformation, Declan has a strong track record of delivering complex operational, capital investment, and strategic initiatives. He is passionate about employee development, continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
